Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born on April 10, 1986) is a former model and actress from India that mainly appeared in Hindi movies. Ayesha was awarded the Filmfare's Best Debut Award in the year 2004 for her performance as a lead actress for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. This was her acting debut. Later, Takia appeared in films such as Paathshaala (2011) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2006) and Socha Na Tha (2007). The first time she appeared was in an advertisement for the well-known healthy drink Complan. She appeared in their defining commercial I'm a Complan boy I'm a Complan girl, alongside Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. She also appeared in the remix for Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. Her fame grew due to the success of India's remixes. Soon she was receiving Film offers. Takia was in the back of the release of Taarzan The Wonder Car, which had been intended for Socha Na Tha. However the production issues delayed its release.
